What we collect,
and why.

A plain reading of how Beyondlex handles personal data. We have written it the way we wish other companies would write it — without lawyers between us and the reader.

What we collect

Only what we need to talk back.

When you submit a form on this site — the contact form, the course waitlist, or a course enrollment request — we collect the fields you fill in. That is typically your name, your email address, the topic or course you are interested in, and any message you choose to write.

We do not run analytics that profile you. We do not set advertising cookies. We do not track you across other sites. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) are kept by our hosting provider for a short window to debug failures and detect abuse.

Why we collect it

To reply, to enrol, and nothing more.

We use the information you submit only to act on the request you made. A contact message is used to write back. A waitlist signup is used to email you when enrollment opens. An enrollment request is used to review your fit for a cohort and follow up with next steps.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone outside the small team that operates Beyondlex.

Where it lives

With two services, and nowhere else.

Form submissions are stored in our managed database, operated by Supabase. Confirmation and notification emails are delivered through Resend. Both are reputable infrastructure providers with their own published privacy practices; we use them in the configuration their documentation recommends.

Access to the database is restricted to the Beyondlex team and uses a server-only key that is never exposed to the browser. Email send-keys are never exposed to the browser either.

How long we keep it

As long as it is useful, then no longer.

Waitlist entries are kept until the relevant cohort has been delivered and we have no further reason to write to you. Enrollment requests are kept for the lifetime of your engagement with the Academy, plus the period required for tax and audit purposes under Pakistani law (typically six years).

Contact-form messages are kept while the conversation is active, and archived for up to one year afterward. You can ask us to delete any of these at any time.

Your rights

You can ask, and we will act.

You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to export it, or to delete it. Most requests are handled within a few working days.

Write to hello@beyondlex.ai from the address you used to sign up. We will reply.

Cookies

Functional only.

This site uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work — for example, to remember session state during a form submission. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers.

Changes

We will write here when anything changes.

If we materially change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and revise the date below. The current version is dated above.
