How we work together,
in plain words.
The terms below govern use of beyondlex.ai and enrolment in Beyondlex Academy courses. We have written them the way we wish other companies would — short, specific, and without lawyers between us and the reader.

Beyondlex (Pvt) Ltd.
Beyondlex is the trading name of Beyondlex (Pvt) Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Pakistan and registered in Islamabad. References to “we”, “us”, or “Beyondlex” in these terms mean Beyondlex (Pvt) Ltd.
By using this site, by writing to us through one of the forms here, or by enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.
Read, link, share — with credit.
You are welcome to read everything on this site, share links to it, and quote short passages with a clear attribution to Beyondlex and a link to the source page. Republishing whole essays or pages without written permission is not permitted.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to send unsolicited mail. These are the obvious limits; we trust you to recognise the spirit of them.
Enrolment is an application, not a purchase.
When you submit an enrollment request for a Beyondlex Academy course, you are asking us to review you for a place in that cohort. Cohorts are small and we read every request. A place is confirmed only when we write back to confirm it and you have paid the relevant tuition.
Once a place is confirmed, you are entitled to the full curriculum advertised for that cohort — the modules listed on the course page, the sessions, the materials, and access to the instructor through the channels we describe at the start of the cohort.
We reserve the right to decline an enrollment request without giving a reason, to reschedule a cohort if circumstances require, and to refund any tuition paid in such cases.
Pay in full, refund cleanly.
Tuition is payable in full at the point of confirmation, in the currency listed on the course page (US dollars unless stated otherwise). Local taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
If you change your mind, you can cancel for a full refund up to seven (7) days before the cohort’s first session. Cancellations within seven days of the start, or after the cohort has begun, are not eligible for a refund — by that point we have turned away other applicants on the assumption that your place was taken.
If a cohort is cancelled or materially changed by us before it starts, you are entitled to a full refund.
You own what you make.
Anything you produce as part of a Beyondlex Academy course — code, capstone projects, written work, presentations — is yours. You keep full intellectual property rights in it.
We ask only for a non-exclusive licence to reference your work, anonymously or with your written consent, in our own teaching, research, and marketing. This licence is limited to the work you produce within the course; nothing you bring with you, or build separately, is in scope.
Course materials are for you, not for resale.
Course materials we share with you — slides, recordings, exercises, datasets, reading packs — are licensed to you for personal study, including reasonable use after the cohort ends. You are welcome to keep them, refer to them, and build on them.
You are not licensed to redistribute, resell, or republish those materials, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission.
We expect care, and we will model it.
Beyondlex Academy cohorts are small and trust-based. We expect participants to treat instructors and one another with care — to be on time, to be present, to disagree on the work rather than the person. We will model the same.
We may, in rare cases, remove a participant whose conduct undermines the cohort for everyone else. In such cases a fair portion of tuition is refunded.
What we promise, and what we don’t.
We deliver our courses and operate this site to a high standard, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes — a job, a salary, a particular skill level. The value of a course depends as much on you as it does on us.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability to you, for any cause connected with your use of this site or a course, is limited to the amount you paid us for the course in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Pakistani law, friendly first.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If a dispute arises, we will try to resolve it directly and in good faith before either side takes formal steps; the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction if it gets that far.
We will write here when anything changes.
If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and revise the date below. For existing course enrolments, the terms in force at the time of your enrolment continue to apply.
Ask us anything,
before you sign up.
If anything here is unclear — refunds, your work, materials — write to hello@beyondlex.ai before enrolling. We would rather answer in advance than have a misunderstanding later.
